how does the $68 per hour website development work?

this is an optional service we provide our clients. based on your needs, we will give you a fixed quote in writing to complete the work. any additions that you make to the original request will be subject to additional costs and you will be provided an additional fixed cost quote. 

all website development will have a fixed cost quote, and must have your approval.  all costs must be paid up front before any work is started.
