how does the pay-per-result fees work?

MarketFor.me does not charge any monthly or set up fees, you are only pay per result - 2 cents per web page visited.  however, as your pages become more popular, and are visited more often, the cost per visit continuously decreases.  this keeps the cost low, but still benefits your organization.
